Return Policy

Our Commitment

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of production defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Relations Department as soon as possible or within 14 days at customerservice@houseoftalents.com or call us at 651 962 4556 and we will work with you to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned to us.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account.

Items damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you. Please return the damaged item(s) to us within 10 days of taking delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind and wish to return new unopened products to House of Talents, please return the package to us within 10 days of taking delivery. We will need a copy of the original invoice, you must pay the return shipping and you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will refund the full transaction amount, including applicable taxes to the credit card used for the initial transaction when we receive your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Costs
Please return any incorrect item to our corporate address, we will replace or refund you for the incorrect item upon receiving the returned goods.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
